Pi Lambda Theta offers a number of scholarships, grants, and awards to support educators on their path to excellence and support research in education.

Phi Delta Kappa Graduate Awards & Scholarships
June, Annually
PDK’s graduate fellowships annually support Kappans who are pursuing graduate degrees at the master’s, specialist, and doctoral levels. You must be a member of Phi Delta Kappa to apply for these scholarships.

AASA Educational Administration Scholarship Award
September, Annually
AASA’s Educational Administration Scholarships were created in 1949 to provide incentive, honor and financial assistance to outstanding graduate students in school administration who intend to make the school superintendency a career. The scholarships in the amount of $2,500 each for outstanding graduate students are named for each of AASA’s seven former executive directors. Recipients are honored at AASA’s National Conference on Education and a $500 travel allowance is provided.

DePaul Adult Student Scholarships
Quarterly Deadlines
Scholarship program sponsored by DePaul’s Office of Adult Student Affairs. This program is designed to assist the growing number of adult learners who are returning to school by providing $1,000-2,000 scholarships each quarter to DePaul students over the age of 24.

DePaul College of Education Graduate Assistantships
April 15, Annually
Graduate assistantships are opportunities for student educators to work closely with faculty members, to support on-going research efforts, and to engage in on-going conversations regarding educational issues and research with faculty and other student colleagues. Graduate assistants work 20 hours per week and in return, they receive an hourly wage and tuition remission for 2 (4 credit-hour) courses per quarter for three quarters: fall, winter, and spring.

Richard J. Meister Scholarship
February, Annually
The Irwin W. Steans Center for Community-based Service Learning at DePaul University annually invites current DePaul students to apply for the Richard J. Meister Scholarship. The Meister Scholarship is an award of $1,500 for an academic year. All DePaul students are eligible, with a special consideration for students ages 25 and older.
